The Gålö Foundation has chosen to support Arne Ljungqvist Anti-Doping Foundation and the movement Pure For Sure. The funding will be used for the dissemination of educational material, with the aim to increase the understanding of the risks that comes with doping use, for young people in socially vulnerable areas of Stockholm.
-Gålöstiftelsen has supported vulnerable children in Stockholm since 1830, by supporting Arne Ljungqvist Anti-Doping Foundation more children and young people in vulnerable areas will have access to preventative digital educational material. We feel a great joy in strengthening Arne Ljungqvist Anti-Doping Foundation and the Pure For Sure movement in their efforts to raise awareness of the doping problem and to work with prevention of doping in society, says Ingemar Persson, secretary general of the Gålöstiftelsen.
