Sweden’s and the world’s anti-doping Professor Arne Ljungqvist turned 90 recently and KI is now working to raise funds to establish a professorship in anti-doping with a focus on public health in his name. The goal of having a clean and fair sport needs to continue to be addressed, but unfortunately doping has also become an increasing public health problem, not least among young people. A couple of weeks ago, an interesting webinar on the topic was organized, which can be seen afterwards. Read also KI’s president Ole Petter Ottersen’s interesting blog post on the topic.
